The Yonnie Bear The Story Behind the Yonnie Bear It started when I was 12 years old and my baby sister was 4. We did not have a lot of money, so when I saved my money I would sometimes get a stuffed bear and put it on my bed Like little girls do. Every time I would go to my room my baby Sister had moved it or took it for herself. I remember getting so Mad at her about that and ban her from my room. I laugh about it now. So when she was killed by a drunk driver in November. I wanted to Create something special to honor her memory .So I created The Yonnie Bear. Yonnie was her nick-name I gave her. So this little bear is in loving memory of Yolanda Lynn Walker my baby sister. 1-2-71 to 11-16-07
